About me.
Hadiuzzaman Palak
I am Hadiuzzaman Palak, a Bangladeshi entrepreneur, business consultant, media professional, writer, and social activist. My professional journey brings together technology, entrepreneurship, media, research, and social development. I believe digital innovation is most meaningful when it creates practical solutions, connects people, and contributes to positive social change.
Entrepreneurship & Digital Innovation
My entrepreneurial journey spans several digital ventures. I
am the Founder & CEO of Monoputo, a creative IT and digital
solutions firm providing web development, software solutions, domain and
hosting services, SEO, branding, company profiles, digital marketing, and other
business support services.
I founded Xotil.com in 2014 as an e-commerce venture
during the early growth period of online shopping in Bangladesh. I also serve
as CEO of BDTix, an online ticketing and booking platform focused on
making bus ticketing, hotel and resort reservations, sports ticketing, and
event bookings more accessible through digital technology.
Alongside my entrepreneurial work, I serve as Editor of
Priyo Kagoj, an online news portal. Through media and writing, I remain
engaged with contemporary issues, public awareness, and social concerns.
Education, Research & Professional Journey
I was born in Jessore, Bangladesh, and studied at Manirampur
Government High School and Cantonment College, Jessore, before
pursuing Geology and Mining at the University of Rajshahi.
My early professional experience was shaped by research and
development work, including involvement with Research Evaluation Associates
for Development (READ), Windmill, and Charuneer. These experiences
strengthened my interest in research, communication, development, and working
with diverse communities.
Human Rights & Social Engagement
Social responsibility has remained an important part of my
journey. I serve as Organization Secretary of the Bangladesh Manobadhikar
Bastobayon Foundation (BMBF) and have been involved in awareness-building
and human-rights-related communication.
I am also an Honorary Member of Bangladesh Thalassaemia
Samity Hospital (BTSH) and have been involved in advocacy concerning men's
rights and other social issues. I use writing, media, and digital communication
as tools to discuss issues that affect individuals, families, and society.
Recognition & Achievements
Over the years, my activities have included recognition in
religious, academic, research, writing, and professional settings. These
include Islamic Foundation awards in Quran recitation, Azan, and essay
competitions; recognition in an introductory Bible course by SOON England;
a 2008 national-level recognition from the Bangladesh Fisheries Development
Corporation for a research-based article on Hilsa conservation;
publications in Channel i Jonovassho; participation as a keynote speaker
at Corporate Carnival 2019 at NSTU; and recognition connected with
writing published in the CTTC, DMP souvenir “আমরা করবো
জয়”.
Beyond Professional Life
Writing is one of the ways I explore people,
relationships, society, dreams, emotions, and everyday life. Whether I am
working on a business idea, writing, reviewing books, engaging with media, or
contributing to a social initiative, curiosity and creativity remain central to
what I do.
Beyond my professional identity, the role I value deeply is
being a father of two children, Arish Arsham and Anabia Erfana Arshiya.
My journey continues across different fields, but the
purpose remains consistent: to learn, create, communicate, and use my
experience to build ideas that have meaningful value for people and society.
